What to expect from ProHab
Our ethos
At ProHab, we do not over price and believe that it is much more important that you get an optimal outcomes for your goals, whether that is for a sport or simply feeling better and living more… in the shortest possible time and fewest treatment sessions.






First visit
Will take approximately 90 minutes.
The physiotherapist will first ask you questions related to your physical condition, your psychological health, and sleep, stress, nutritional, and for the females – menopausal/ menstrual cycle as applicable) to understand why you seeking treatment, and what your goals are in and how the physiotherapist can help. After this go through a series of functional moves relevant to your condition. Together this will inform the treatment plan and outcome goals.

Further needs
Once this has been completed, the first treatment session will start, which will be fully hands on, and may include any of the following:
- Deep tissue massage
- Trigger point therapy
- Soft tissue release
- Muscle energy techniques
- Dry needling – only with full consent






This will be followed by a comprehensive strength and conditioning exercise plan in an adjoining gymnasium setting, and full demonstration and instructions as to how this can be practiced at home.
