More about Teri
World-class rehabilitation solutions and individualised recovery plans, from acute care to ongoing treatment and beyond.
Teri Mason MSc, BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy HCPC, CSP- founder ProHab
Teri has spent 28 years as a Chartered Physiotherapist, and more recently trained as a sports masseur and Performance Enhancement Specialist, who’s career has spanned 16 years in the Army treating everyone from the elite athlete, triple amputee, to the sedentary office worker and everyone in between.
Followed this by running a very busy Rehabilitation Department in the Middle East for 12 years.
I would describe myself as a serious amateur athlete and post menopausal women, trying to stay injury free and strong for my performance goals, sanity, longevity and wellbeing. Along with training and a clean initiative led way of eating, a healthy body composition takes care of itself, without ever worrying about restricting food.
Cycled in UCI amateur cycling World Championships and have competed in countless duathlons, cycling and running races. My love of strength training combined with running has now been combined as I have turned my training goals into functional fitness and Hyrox/ Deadly Dozen events.
Book with me to discuss anything from a niggling injury, maintenance massage, rehabilitation programme, running gait analysis, trigger point therapy/ dry needling, strength and conditioning or nutrition advice.
I have a treatment room, cardio gym and weights room available in the heart of Shrewsbury.
